Terms of Use

These terms govern use of Carspect. Last updated July 11, 2026.

Informational service only

Carspect estimates are preliminary, informational market ranges. They are not guaranteed prices, insurance appraisals, certified valuations, repair authorizations, safety inspections, or professional advice. A qualified repair facility must inspect the vehicle before work is authorized.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide information you reasonably believe is accurate and to upload only images you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, malicious, or unrelated content, personal documents, people’s faces when avoidable, or files intended to damage the service.

Safety

Carspect cannot determine whether a vehicle is safe to drive. Airbag deployment, leaks, smoke, fire, unusual noises, steering changes, wheel damage, or a severe impact require immediate professional attention.

Service and intellectual property

Carspect may change, suspend, or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted availability. The site, software, design, and Carspect materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in your uploads and grant the limited permission needed to process your request.

Third parties and liability

The service relies on third-party AI, hosting, vehicle-data, and other providers. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Carspect is not liable for decisions made solely from an estimate, unavailable service, or indirect or consequential losses. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law and contact

The owner must finalize the governing U.S. state and legal business identity before commercial launch. Contact support@carspect.pro with questions.
